Flatworms do not have any circulatory system. They have a gastrovascular cavity with a single cavity with which they eat insects, worms, and microscopic matter. Nutrients, gases, and waste products are distributed through interstitial fluids that are exchanged between cells. This process of diffusion transports oxygen and nutrients to their tissues and rids their bodies of carbon dioxide and metabolic wastes.
